Railroad Museum

Today we had a great morning start and headed off to the railroad museum. Saya had no idea we were going to go just in case plans fell through. Mommy did awesome and got directions and got there without getting lost. We got there right at 9am and played in the ticketing/store area for while until our friends got there. We went down to the miniature train area downstairs and watched the train go around the tracks. Then we headed upstairs and headed to see all the trains. There was construction going on so we had to go around it but Saya had a good time. She wanted to go into every train but most were locked so we could only look from the outside. We then went to a nearby park for a picnic lunch but Saya grew tired and so we decided to head home. Saya was wonderful even though she was so tired. She peed in the car and then we headed home. She fell fast asleep in the car and woke up right when we pulled in the driveway. We then sharpened pencils with a new sharpener, played with puzzles and then read some books before daddy got home. Daddy called and said we could go out for dinner so mommy was so happy. No cooking dinner tonight! So we picked up around the house and cleaned a bit before daddy got home and we were all set and ready to head out to pho. Mommy got a large bowl with extra noodles for Saya and daddy got a medium bowl. It was a bit embarrassing to get such a large bowl but it was well worth it. This time mommy didn't leave hungry and neither did Saya. We got home and there were kids playing in the alleyway so Saya took out her tricycle with daddy and rode around the house. She had to run inside to do some business and then we got ready for bed. It was a great day but long. Tomorrow we have a birthday party and hopefully some time to relax.
