18 Month Appt and Bella Dental Cleaning

Monday was a hectic day. We had Saya's 18th month wellness check and also Bella's dental cleaning appointment. Of course, it was icy and slick out on Monday so traffic was horrible and the car slid while we were driving. Mommy safely drove to the vet to drop off Bella for her cleaning and then headed off to the doctor's office. We were only 7 minutes late but they had to point out how late we were. Anyways, Saya checked out just fine. She had one HiB shot which was her last one and it was in her arm this time- she cried but soon stopped. She was on target as of development and growth. Next month we go in for another shot.

Height: 32 and 7/8 inches (80%)
Weight: 23lbs (40%)

We went home soon after and Saya tooka nap (a short one) and then mommy headed off to pick up Bella. We warned the vet about Bella's 1300 dollar root canal on her molar and sure enough the same molar was fractured. We were very upset but when we looked carefully, the fracture was probably there before the tartar buildup. Nothing we can do now.
