Today we finally discovered what Saya was trying to say. I swear it was clearer this time around or her parents are just dense. As we try to give Saya her water to bring her fever down she shakes her head "no". We sat her at the table for dinner and thankgoodness she ate but she was really picky on what she wanted. She points and says to daddy "no, no, no, that one". It was too cute for words.
She also started to say "Cheerios", and point above the fridge where we keep our cereal. We don't give her Cheerios but the natural Purely O's. Close enough.
Saya's words are starting to become more pronounced and easier to understand these days. I guess she's really starting to grow up.
