Cleaning Day

Today we cleaned the house for our playdate tomorrow. Saya helped a little but mainly watched mommy clean. We then headed out to buy a few things at Ross and Gymboree. Saya had a good time and we also got a glimpse of the huge Christmas tree at the Orchard.

We decided to reduce paper towels usage so we invested in wash cloths. We needed a bin to put them in after they got dirty so we placed a Home Depot Orange bucket next to our trash can. Saya loves it and plays with it while mommy cleans.

On the swings.

Saya learned how to go up the telephone mic and say "hi". I had no idea she knew how to do this but she did it all by herself today. So proud of baby.

Something about this bush fascinates Saya. She has to touch it and brush against it all the time.

Investigating the Bundle Me hoping mommy won't put her back in it.

Let me push. Saya wanted to push the stroller so I lowered the handle and she was very happy.

Going up the slope was a bit difficult.

Helping clean the window. This window is on our french doors which the dogs slobber over and Saya puts her hands on. So dirty- it's great to finally have it clean.

Here she is at Ross going crazy over the DVDs. She had a wonderful time pulling a bunch of them off the shelf at a time.

Saya watching TV at Gymboree. She kept tapping the boy sitting next to her. I think she wanted him to move over or let her sit. I had to chuckle.

Walking all over. I let her walk a lot outside to get rid of some pent up energy.

Saya loves the huge Christmas tree so we took a picture of it because it'll last longer.

We got home and mommy failed to put Saya down for a nap. So we sat down on the couch and watched Elmo and the great outdoors DVD.

We had macaroni and cheese for dinner and Saya got some in her hair. We tried to take a picture of her hair but she managed to grab it herself.

Saya tried on her new hiking pants. They fit perfectly, ok slightly long but when hiking time rolls around it will be perfect.
