Downtown and Tricycle

Today we had a early morning after a long night last night. Saya had a stuffy nose and couldn't get back to sleep from 11pm till 1 thirty AM so mommy was up with her. Rocking her to sleep isn't an option anymore since she doesn't fit on the rocking chair sideways. Mommy rocked her to sleep on the floor.
A morning wake up call at 6am this morning was unexpected but it's better than 5am. I'll take it! We read books and lounged around a bit before breakfast and then after breakfast we got ready to head downtown. Saya was super great on the ride to and from and stayed pretty content in her stroller during the appt. Who knew? We ran out after our appt and she was thrilled! We stopped for at treat at Starbucks, mommy got coffee and Saya got her SPECIAL water. We got home and rode her tricycle and had lunch soon after. We read books and she took a nap until the dogs barked at the UPS man an hour later. After nap we played with ice and picked raspberries. Saya played with more toys until daddy got home. Whew! Long day but definitely a great one.
