Bacon and Eggs

On Saturday we had pancakes and bacon for breakfast. Saya had bacon for the first time and loved it. She ended up eating 2 strips of bacon. Yummy! We had our HOA egg hunt in the morning but it was really chilly out and snowy. We quickly got some eggs and something to eat inside the club house and then ran back home. Saya was exhausted so she took a nap and then woke up for lunch. We headed off to a Japanese charity event at the local Japanese school and picked up a couple of books. We got home just in time for our park egg hunt. Saya had a blast during this one as she got to take her time and enjoy the kids and the eggs. We dyed eggs in the evening but Saya may have been a bit too young for it still. Maybe again next year.

Yum... bacon

All bundled up and ready to go find some eggs. We saw a few snowflakes but didn't know it was going to start dumping snow in a few minutes.

All nice and warm in the clubhouse.

Not yet Saya. Saya was so eager to just start running.

Not yet...

Go go go!

Hurry Saya it's snowing and cold. Saya had to inspect the inside of very egg she got.

Tired.

Run! Saya had fun chasing big kids hunting for eggs.

The egg hunt is over and we're still trying to head back to the clubhouse.

Saya got a little prize.

Inspecting eggs when we got home.

Bouncy balls. The dogs even liked these.

Tattoos!

Saya liked the frog craft better.

Exhausted and resting on a neighbor's lawn.

Sharing the goodies with daddy.

Ready to head home. Where's mommy and daddy?

Bye bye.

Saya wanted to touch the dyed eggs but they needed to be dried.
