Playdate

Today Saya and mommy had a pretty relaxing morning and then we headed off to the store to get gas, a birthday card and some coffee & milk for a treat. We then headed off to our playgroup. There were a ton of kids and it was the host's birthday so we had special treats. Saya had a ton of snacks and drank milk and juice and played with toys and other kiddos. She played really well but was super nice to those kiddos that got really upset sharing. She was super sweet and I was so proud of her. She asked if she could play too and she said "it's mine turn" when playing with one toy. Kiddo is growing up and I hope she learns to interact with more kiddos and not take crap but also be kind. What a hard balance- but she's good at it. I think she's better than some adults. We played inside and then played outside for a while on trikes and cars and then Saya found paint brushes and water and boy that was a hit. We stayed for another 30 minutes and got home around 1pm. Saya was beat but still ate her lunch and drank water before reading 10 books and fell asleep. So proud of kiddo today, well everyday.
