Dog Walk & Swimming

Today we had a pretty slow morning and kiddo and mom were in super good moods. Not sure why. We read books in the morning and then had breakfast. Doggies were happy as Ryder's toe nail is starting to heal and so we ran him in the house. We took the dogs for a walk and then came back for snacks. We played mah jong and did a lot of stacking. Soon we did more pumpking carvings on playdoh. Saya seems to really like this. We played outside for a bit and enjoyed the hot sun and then had a light lunch. Daddy came home to drop off the car after alignment and new brakes. So we said "hi' and "bye". Saya didn't take a nap till 2pm but thankfully she did nap for an hour and woke up just in time for swimming class. We made it to class on time and Saya wanted to bring her own toys today. She did but seemed a bit distracted to that's a no go next class. She got her progress report and they recommend that she moves to the next level. So exciting!
We got home and Saya played with kiddos next door and drew with sidewalk chalk. Daddy mowed the lawn and mommy picked up a package for a neighbor. Finally we sat down for dinner and then decided to give kiddo a shower. We attempted to watch the presidential debate but kiddo wasn't really interested and I can see why. We watched Ni Hao Kai-Lan and then said it's time for bed.

Time to relax.
