NCAR Hike

On Saturday we had our normal pancake breakfast and then headed out to NCAR with kiddo and dogs. We did the Nuture trail and Saya made it the entire way and back. She picked up sticks, pine cones and was fascinated with the cacti.  Saya even climbed most of the rocks on the trail which was really fun to see. We then turned around as the dogs were looking in a certain direction and wouldn't move and saw a family of 3 deer. We watched them run down the hill and cross the street, safely. We headed back to the car and we got our picnic lunch and headed to a nice flat rock and enjoyed lunch. We headed home and stopped by the post office to get some stamps and then got home and Saya was fast asleep. However she woke up just as we got home so then we decided to try a few books. The books didn't work so then we headed out to the grocery store to get some ingredients for lasagna. We then put the lasagna together and popped it in the oven for dinner. Saya loved We then did bath and started the bedtime routine as she was super tired.
