Storytime and Walk

On Monday Saya and I had a great morning and then headed to the library for storytime. We were hoping to get there a bit early to check out some new books but we got there just in time for storytime which was held outdoors. Kiddos enjoyed books and songs and then they got to play with bubbles which was awesome. Saya got a huge bubble wand and blew the biggest bubbles. She couldn't be happier. Mommy was about to be in tears as kiddo was covered head to toe in bubble solution. But we washed up and got some books and headed out the door. Kiddo was so tired when we got home we cleaned all the books and read a little before eating some lunch. We had grilled cheese and then we read all the books and she fell asleep for a nap. Then after her nap we decided to head to the neighboring community playground and take the dogs for a walk. Mommy had no idea it was going to be close to 90 degrees out. What was she thinking? So we played in the playground for a bit and Saya made new friends before we left for home. Daddy was home by the time we got home and mowed the lawn and Saya and daddy play.ed in the backyard while mommy cooked dinner. Not easy to cook and clean with a bonk sink. Otherwise a great day.!
