Museum and Bubbles

Today we headed to the Museum of Nature and Science to meet our friends. We had a great time since Saya took a little snooze on the way there. We looked at everything including dinosaur fossils. Saya even had the attention span to listen to some awesome volunteers that had a lot to say. We had a nice lunch, although Saya's was more tater tots than anything and then finished up some more exhibits. We headed home and Saya stayed up the entire time. So we decided to get some bubbles for our bubble bucket. We headed to Toys R Us and got a big thingy of bubbles. Saya enjoyed it for a while but then started to play in the dirt, why not. So then we washed up and then decided to read some books before making some hard boiled eggs for our Easter eggs. Saya loved putting the eggs in the pan (the water was cold, so don't worry) although she tends to drop them in a bit rough. Then daddy came home for the 3 day weekend and we made a quick dinner since the little one was super tired without her true nap today.  Awesome day today and lots of fun. Nice slow pace and Saya was a hoot. Mommy has learned that going to sleep at 9pm does the trick when kiddo wakes up at 5am. Why didn't I think of this earlier?
