Discovery Days

Today we headed over to Discovery Days after eating an oatmeal breakfast. Saya finished her whole bowl and was still hungry for snacks. Sure enough we had a bit of pirates booty and then headed to longmont. We got to the museum and it was a bit empty. We got there in between sessions so we got there before the crowd. Saya loved the shaving cream table- mommy absolutely despised it since it's toxic. But I let Saya play with it for a while and thoroughly washed her hands afterwards. We made greenhouses, birds nests, kites, flowers and played in bird seeds. Saya had a blast and was super hungry afterwards. So we headed home and in the car Saya ate a TON of lunch. She ate a whole peanut butter and jelly sandwich, a slice of cheese, some apples and some pirate's booty. Not sure what it was but I think her appetite is coming back or she is going through a growth spurt.  We got home and ate some more noodles and make some strawberry milk. Then we changed out of our pay clothes and got ready for a nap.
