On Sunday Saya got up at 4 thirty AM. That's right, 4:30am but daddy was at home so he had baby duty. He put her back to sleep but she didn't seem to actually sleep and we were up soon after. Something was not right. Once we got our coffee we had oatmeal for breakfast and walked the dogs outside. It was super windy but we made it back okay. Saya fell asleep in the stroller and didn't wake up so we let her sleep a bit thinking she was tired. HUGE mistake. We got ready to head out to meet Patty, Derek and Davin at the Huckleberry for lunch and Saya was all ready to go after her power nap. We got there and the line was huge and crowds were waiting for a table. Thank goodness mommy called in ahead so we had our table within 15 minutes of our arrival. We got settled in ordered quickly and we ate fast and talked as much as we can while the kids were happy. We finished our meal and felt completely full but headed out the door to Sweet Cow for some tasty ice cream. It was a good thing we went for ice cream since Saya only ate french fries at the restaurant (mommy frown). Saya got a kiddie scoop and so did Davin. Both kids finished their ice cream and Davin even ate his off a cone. Saya still wanted more ice cream so she ate most of mommy's as well. It was a good day. We felt that since we were all full it was time to get something productive done. We headed over to Whole Foods and shopped for fruit and looked at the turkeys for Thanksgiving. We didn't order one since we don't have much space in our freezer but hope to soon. We got home and tried to put Saya down for a nap but it didn't happen (refer to HUGE mistake above). We took the dogs out for a run and had a really simple dinner before calling for a early bedtime.
