Today we were supposed to head out to Boo at the Zoo but Saya's fever didn't go down as of this morning so we took it easy and daddy make us a nice breakfast of waffles. Saya thankfully still has an appetite and ate everything off her plate. We then got dressed and decided to return items to King Soopers, Target and then to Costco. Returning items seemed quite easy except at Costco where nothing seemed to go right. Saya and daddy were fed up and wanted to go home. Once the exchange was done we bumped into friends and had a chat before heading home. A quick 5 minute trip turned into an hour long ordeal-but at least we got to enjoy berry smoothie. By the time we got home daddy was tired and so was Saya. It was time for lunch and then off to nap after reading some books and playing.
After nap we started carving pumpkins and then in the middle we started cooking dinner. We cooked outside on the grill and had teriyaki salmon. Yum! Then we lit the pumpkins and took pictures at dusk. Saya was adamant about not participating when it came to decorating pumpkins but we still got her to help out a bit.
