Snow & Dim Sum with Patty & Derek

Daddy and Saya got up early and mommy slept in after feeding Meisa. Daddy made us all breakfast and then we had a really slow morning.

Daddy and Saya decided to go sledding in the snow with Saya's new snow outfit. Saya had a blast but daddy was super tired from running in the snow with a toddler in tow.

Everybody came inside to hot apple cider and castella while sitting in the kotatsu. Saya was tired but stayed up playing till Patty, Derek and Davin came over to visit. Our friends come bearing gifts of dim sum. Yummy! We all hang out and chatted while kiddos played. Saya needed to nap so we said farewell and Saya took a 30 minute nap around 4pm. Soon after a 30 minute nap mommy started prepping for dinner. We made okonomiyaki for dinner and then Saya showered with mommy before bedtime. What a long day!
