Zoo Day and Play

Today Saya, mommy and baba headed to the zoo and met up with friends. We had a relaxing visit to the zoo and renewed our membership. We saw all the animals and even witnessed what looked like a geese brawl. Saya was ready for a fun time but was exhausted by the time we got to the carousel. She choose a non mobile peacock bench to sit on and was upset it didn't move. She insisted on riding one that moved even after the ride was over. We then found a little secret garden to have a picnic at and had lunch before heading home. Saya fell asleep in the stroller on the way to the car and woke up right when we were about home. She woke up screaming "I saw choo choo train" and was ready for our next activity. We made zucchini muffins which came out great and then headed to the playground with our neighbor friends. By the time we got home daddy was home and we started dinner. USDA prime ribeye for dinner. Saya loved her steak and ate every last morsel but skipped her green beans which meant no muffins. Slightly upset she went on the rest of the night and we watched  Toy Story before bed.
