Playground Birthday Party

Today we got up at 4 thirty in the morning. Saya was up since she was so tired she slept less than normal. Funny how that works. We had breakfast and then got ready to head to Saya's friend's birthday party at the  playground. We got there and Saya was fast asleep in the car so we let her sleep a bit. She slept for a good 20 minutes and then we headed to the playground. Still sleepy tired she attempted to play and then had cupcakes and it was soon time to go home. We just saw that gaze in her eyes which told us it was time to go. She was so tired in the car but got her 2nd wave of energy and didn't take her afternoon nap. So we headed to Home Depot for some play sand and then to REI to get ready for our backpacking trip this weekend. We got the sand and water table all set up and Saya had a blast with it. Not sure what to do now that the sand and water got all mixed up but we'll figure it out. After playing it was time for a nap- this time Saya fell right asleep.
