We headed over to the hair salon and Saya got her haircut while Meisa slept. My poor kids were super while another kid was screaming his head off during his haircut. I think I need to pass on the successful haircut secret.... Dum Dums. Yes, candy is a great distraction and it's a lot harder to scream with it in their mouths. Saya got sparklies in her hair and loved it. We checked out a new restaurant near the area too.
We got home and had some lunch. We watched tv and colored for a while and daddy got home early. He had the early shift so got off early too. Then daddy and Saya played while dad got ready for poker night. Then mommy cooked dinner after dad left. Saya and mommy had macn cheese and peanut butter apples. Then we got dressed and headed to Abotts for some frozen custard. Saya got strawberry with sprinkles and mom got chocolate. We ate it when we got home and then watched a show before our bedtime routine. Saya was tired so we had early bedtime. Mommy read and sang songs but it was a bit hard when Meisa is upset. Poor Saya was understanding and mommy sang while rocking Meisa. Whew! Cleaning up a bit and then off to bed.
