Snow and Feb Winter Storm

We woke up this morning to a ton of snow. The wind blew a ton of it in our backyard and the plows started really early in the morning. Saya got up at 5am as usual and we read books and had breakfast. Mommy shoveled a little path for Ryder in the morning as he really had to go and daddy was still sleeping. We had breakfast and daddy worked from home today so it's been really nice. Will WM make it to our house today? We'll find out by the end of the day. So far no sounds of a garbage truck but we saw the mail truck so it's business as usual.

Saya was super tired during lunch and soon after but we saw all the kiddos in the neighborhood sledding and the dogs playing so we just HAD to go outside. We got on our snow gear and brought out our sled. Saya joined in with the big girls who took really good care of her and helped her up and down the sledding hill. She had a great time but got knocked down by our neighbor's dog. Thankfully she had her winter hat and a puffy jacket on which seemed to have soften the blow. Saya still wanted to pet the dogs even after. Daddy almost lost it though.

The snow worked and Saya was out like a light for her nap. The snow had stopped for a while when we were out but it's now snowing again.
