Bay Area Trip - Visit Auntie and Uncle + Doggies

On Friday daddy dropped us off at the airport. Mommy was a bit weary about the flight as she should be. Saya was super excited and did well for the first part of the trip but later turned into a screaming crying and kicking toddler for about 30 minutes. There was really nothing that could be done but try to calm her down, didn't work. But by the time we had landed Saya was back to her old perky self and greeted auntie and uncle and was ready to have some fun.

Saya loved the little plane. Unfortunately the flight was a bit too long and we had a 30 minute meltdown. Lots of screaming and crying.

We made it and picked up dinner bentos from Kirala take out. 

We went out for a late night dessert & doggie walk. Saya was all about the toppings. She ate her chocolate yogurt and auntie's too. 

Saturday morning breakfast. Saya loved eating with everyone. Even Zion.

We headed off to Fisherman's wharf to visit the aquarium.

A tunnel. We spent a good 30 minutes in the tunnel. 

Auntie wanted Saya to touch the sting rays Saya was almost halfway over the wall.

Sunday morning. Auntie and uncle were not used to the 6am morning wake up call. 

Off to dim sum with auntie Kyla and uncle Ken & Braydon. Saya had a blast and loved the beef chow fun. So full she fell asleep in the car ride back. 

Off to Tilden park to ride the train with jiji an baba.

 Monday morning running around the backyard and then had to poop.

We stopped by Ranch 99 and then Costco. On the way home we stopped at Trader Joes and of course See's candies. Saya got the peppermint twists.

 

Tuesday off to California Academy of Sciences. 

On Wednesday we headed to the Children's Discovery Museum in Sausalito. Good thing we had change in clothing. Saya needed 3 shirts and pants. Oh dear. 

Cheeseboard pizza for dinner. Live band playing and Saya was all about it. 

Thursday we headed to Dreamland Park for the kiddos. Saya got to feed ducks and play at the playground. It was a nice chill day but she was so exhausted by this time of the trip she was ready to go home. 

On Friday we stopped by a Pho restaurant on the way to the airport and Saya enjoyed her noodles as always.
