Saya's Tea Party

On Thursday morning we got ready for our tea party. Mommy insisted that Saya takes a rest before all her guests arrive and she tried but she was so excited. We talked about sharing toys and offering to our guests and Saya did great! She hung on and didn't nap until 1pm which is super great for her. She had a blast and slept in her own bed. She got up but then saw mommy sleeping and went back to sleep. It was a  perfect day and Saya couldn't be happier. See for yourselves.

Picasso and Costco

On Wednesday we got up and got ready to go to our art class. We left a bit early seeing there was traffic on the 36. We got to Boulder a bit too early and stopped at Peets for some tea and madelines. Saya loved them and almost ate 1.5 of them. Mommy had to eat the rest. We got to our art class and Saya was already tired. She moved through the art projects like a whirlwind and was out the door ready for snacks. She did have a great time though. She had her hands in shaving cream and painted with as much paint as she can grab. Later on we ran over to Costco to grab more items for the tea party and got home to see daddy and start dinner.

King Soopers and Garden Country

On Tuesday we ran some errands in order to get ready for Saya's Tea party. We headed to King Soopers and did a bit of shopping and then got back home for lunch and play in the backyard. Saya decided to try out playing in the dirt. Not a happy mommy but a happy kiddo. With lots of sun Saya decided it was time for a nap and she put herself to sleep in mommy and daddy's bed. Then we got up and decided to head out to Garden Country to pick up some flower seeds. Saya, mommy and daddy headed outside and found some spots to plant the seeds. Saya had a blast. We then headed in for dinner.
