Stepping Down

Today Saya, I and the dogs went on a walk soon after lunch. Something was a bit different today as she stepped down into the play tan bark area without hesitation. She even insisted on climbing up the steps to the slides.

At Home

Daddy brought the car to the shop for a 60K maintenance so we're staying inside today.

I don't know what she was looking at today but she saw something.

15 Month Appt

Saya turned 15 months as of Wednesday so we headed to the doctor for her 15 month wellness check. Saya checked out just fine. She is now 32 inches in height and weighs 21 pounds. She had her hgb checked with a little poke on the toe but with all the crying and screaming throughout the appt she didn't really notice.

Macaroni

Tuesday morning mommy had a dentist appt so daddy watched Saya. After the appt we took a short walk and then played with some dried pasta. Saya wasn't all that into it but mommy thought it was fun. We then Skyped with baba and Saya wanted to play with the mouse. She loves it.

Our International Traveler

We applied for Saya's passport Monday morning. We hope to have it before we travel with her in February. We got home and made gingerbread men together. She didn't seem all that interested but loved eating them.

Sunday Fun

Saya loves to hold her bottle after she finishes drinking it. She's definitely ready to take the next step and start drinking out of cups.

Saya saw up eating slices of an apple and she wanted one too. We gave her a piece and she chewed on it for a few minutes and made no progress. We had to spit it out after a while but she enjoyed it.

Everything tastes better with butter. Getting ready to make gingerbread dough.

New Goodies

We got some diapers delivered again but this time with extra goodies. We got Saya a new junior bib and a teething ring.

Saturday Morning

We put up more ornaments in the morning and then headed out for a morning walk.
